Prayag Vashisht is a renowned Yoga Teacher and the Founder of Prayag Yoga. The yoga journey began over a decade ago, sparking a lifelong dedication to the practice. After spending years navigating the demanding responsibilities of working as a factory owner, the decision was made to transition into teaching full-time yoga to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
As a Govt. Certified Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), deep roots were established in traditional yogic wisdom, further enhanced by intensive study in asanas, pranayama, human anatomy and mind-fullness living. Over the last 10 years, thousands of students-ranging from corporate professionals and homemakers to seniors and advanced practitioners-have experienced this precise, alignment-focused approach to health and wellness.
Today, the mission at Prayag Yoga remains simple: to provide a safe, supportive, and ego-free space in Juhu, Mumbai where all level of practitioners can build functional strength, regulate the nervous system, and achieve genuine mental peace.
